Because those are two entirely separate matters. Our consultancy fee, where applicable, is agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins. No surprise invoices. No recurring charges. No hidden costs. You know what the advice costs before we start.

What we never do — under any circumstances — is request your bank account number, sort code, direct debit details, or any payment credentials relating to your broadband or internet provider's bills. Those payments go directly to the provider through their official channels. We are not a middleman, not a payment agent, not a reseller.

That separation protects the integrity of our advice and keeps your finances safe. It's the only way a genuinely independent consultancy makes sense.
